The model we like best
is the Revere. Of all the models available, it seemed
the most efficient use of space and at the same time the most space
for the money.
Here are the floorplans for the main and upper
levels (the basement is unfinished):

Though it would have been
nice to do hardwood floors and luxuriant carpeting, in the
interests of keeping costs down we stayed within our allowance
for our floors. Some choices we made:
vinyl flooring in foyer
vinyl flooring in kitchen and first-floor half bath
vinyl flooring in main bath -- the diamond in center is
actually dark green
vinyl flooring in master bath -- it's hard to tell, but it's
actually a grey-blue "tundra" pattern
We
were advised to go with a neutral color, so the carpeting
throughout the entire house will be a light beige, just short
of being cream-colored. Sorry, no color sample. :(
