The site we have chosen is in a developing neighborhood in the city of Chaska. There is a school nearby, and a park and trails practically in what will be our backyard.

Being thrilled about this exciting, life-changing, and *SCARY* decision, we thought we'd record our experiences for our own reference as well as for family and friends, in particular Jonas' family in Sweden, who are interested in the progress.

Our closing date is the 12th of August, which works out great as the lease is up on the 31st and we'll have several weeks to take our time getting moved in and organized.
